This 800 sq. ft, well loved home is located in the Laurel Hill Valley Neighborhood just 20 minutes walk from Hayward Field, shopping, restaurants and the University of Oregon Campus. This is an older, quaint cottage and we've outfitted it with everything you need for a cozy stay in Eugene.

The space
The house includes 800 sq ft of living space: on the ground level, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need for meal prep (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, sink), dining/living room area with instruments (piano, guitar), sofa, dining table and 55” flat screen TV. Two upstairs bedrooms, one with king sized bed, and the other with full sized bed, and desk. All towels, and linens provided.
Guest access
The space includes full, private access to the kitchen, living room and entryway (ground level), as well as two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. A few things to note: the house has a downstairs studio space, where we live. You may hear us coming and going (we have a separate entrance through the garden). The laundry room, garden, and parking lot, are shared. You will have access to one parking spot at the house, and can also find ample street parking nearby.
Additional notes
Because of our proximity to I5, noise from the nearby freeway can be heard in the backyard. pets are welcome, there is a shared (fenced) backyard space. We live in the studio below the house, you likely will not see us as we have a private entrance but you may hear us coming and going.

Located in the Laurel Hill Valley, about 15 minutes walk to Matt Knight Arena, shops and restaurants. It's a quiet neighborhood with many families, located between Hendricks park and the I5
Getting around
One small parking spot for you at the house, plenty of nearby street parking. Best to drive to most areas although walking is totally doable. You may also borrow our bicycles if that interests you!
